What is the difference between a casual lease and a long-term lease?

Casual Leasing is a week to week booking with a minimum term of one week and a maximum term of up to 16 weeks. Weekly casual leases begin on Monday morning and conclude on the Sunday evening at the end of the period.

Long Term Leasing is for people who are interested in opening a shop at the Centre for an extended term of 5 years or more. Shops vary depending on vacancy and upcoming lease expiries so please contact the Property Manager below under Lease Enquiry for updated information or alternatively select “Make an Enquiry” below and complete the online form.
